Any orders that are deemed undeliverable / return to sender are returned to us via regular shipping. Return To Sender shipments are by default, returned as NON-PRIORITY parcels and may take up to 90 days to be returned to our offices. Yes, it is absolutely safe! Purchasing from our online store is entirely secure. IIXIIST do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders require signatures.
If you or a neighbour is home to accept the order, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, DHL will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to.
Deliveries will remain in DHL or local post offices for 10 business days before being sent to the depot and retuned back to IIXIIST.
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our team will have already started processing your order.
If changes to your delivery address require urgent change, please email customer service here, within 12 hours of purchasing.
To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
All incoming taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. IIXIIST are not liable for the customs charges and taxes levied by your country. If applicable, these fees will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Exchanges are absolutely understandable. Your new swimwear may not fit perfectly the first time and so we welcome you to exchange it for another size, style or colour run.

-To extend the life of your new bikini, please treat it gently and give it special care.
-Each bikini is hand made using the finest Italian lycra.
-Please take care of your new swimwear and hand wash in cold water immediately after use.
-Extreme heat and high levels of chlorine may fade or damage your bikini over time.
-Do not iron, tumble dry, soak or bleach.
-Some sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear, we recommend that you rinse immediately after use.
